Blue Collar Media Group LLC (“Blue Collar Media Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to bluecollarmediagroup.com, any subdomains we operate, our client portal, and the marketing services we provide on behalf of our clients, including advertising managed through Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, and other advertising platforms.
By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information you give us
- Contact details you submit through forms, including name, business name, email address, phone number, and project details.
- Information you share during sales calls, strategy sessions, or while onboarding as a client.
- Billing and payment information processed by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Account credentials and profile information when you log in to our client portal.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Device, browser, IP address, referring URL, pages viewed, and time on page.
- Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies used for analytics, ad attribution, and site functionality. This includes the Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and Google Ads tags.
2.3 Information from third parties
- Advertising and analytics data from Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook, Instagram), Google, and other ad networks when you interact with our ads or our clients’ ads that we manage.
- Data accessed through the Meta Marketing API, Meta Business Suite, and connected Meta Business assets that our clients have authorized us to manage on their behalf. This may include ad account performance, audience insights, page insights, lead form responses, and connected Instagram account metrics.
- Information from publicly available sources used to prepare proposals or audits.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to inquiries and provide quotes.
- To deliver, manage, and improve our video production and marketing services.
- To manage advertising campaigns on behalf of our clients across Meta, Google, and other platforms.
- To measure ad performance, attribute conversions, and report results to clients.
- To send service updates, invoices, and relevant marketing communications you can opt out of at any time.
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access, and to comply with legal obligations.
4. Meta Platform Data
When our clients grant us access to their Meta Business assets (Pages, ad accounts, Pixels, Instagram accounts, Catalogs, or Business Manager), we act as a service provider on their behalf. Our access and use of Meta Platform data is governed by:
- The Meta Platform Terms.
- The Meta Developer Policies.
- The written authorization of the client who owns the assets.
We do not sell Meta Platform data. We do not transfer Meta Platform data to data brokers, ad networks not authorized by the client, or any third party that would use it to build user profiles, retarget without consent, or train AI models.
We retain Meta Platform data only for as long as it is needed to provide the contracted services and meet legal or contractual obligations. When a client ends their engagement, we revoke our access to their Meta Business assets and delete operational copies of their data from our systems within thirty days, except where retention is required for tax, audit, or legal purposes.
5. How We Share Information
We share information only as described below:
- Service providers that help us operate, including hosting, email delivery, analytics, CRM, payment processing, and advertising platforms. These providers may only use the information to perform services for us.
- Clients for whom we manage marketing campaigns receive reports and data tied to their own accounts and campaigns.
- Legal and safety disclosures when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
- Business transfers in the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify affected users.
We do not sell your personal information.
6. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies, the Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and similar technologies to understand site traffic, measure marketing performance, and attribute conversions. You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of personalized advertising through:

7. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, meet contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and comply with legal requirements. Marketing contacts who opt out are removed from active lists promptly but may be retained on a suppression list to honor the opt out.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict our use of your personal information, and to object to processing or request portability. 9. Data Deletion Requests
To request deletion of personal information we hold about you, including any information obtained through Meta Platforms while we managed advertising for a client, email [email protected] with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include the email address, phone number, or other identifier associated with your information. We will confirm receipt within seven business days and complete the deletion within thirty days, except where retention is required by law.
If you used Facebook or Instagram Login on a property we operate and want to remove the connection, you can also revoke access from your Meta account settings under Settings, Apps and Websites.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, and limited employee access. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it.
12. International Users
Blue Collar Media Group is based in the United States. If you access our services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
