Yesterday, the Blue Collar Media Group office had a very special guest – the adorable and highly qualified Griffin, a French Bulldog with an impressive resume in napping, snack acquisition, and morale boosting. While some may see him as just a dog, we know better. Griffin was here to work – and work he did!

From the moment he trotted through the door, Griffin made his presence known, immediately brightening the mood and reminding us all why we love what we do. His first stop? The editing bay, where he carefully reviewed the latest video projects (sat next to our editors and looked adorable). With a keen eye for detail and a strict quality control policy—meaning every scene needed at least one head scratch break—Griffin ensured our content was up to snuff.

Next, Griffin headed over to sales, where he attempted to close a few deals by simply staring at potential clients through the screen during Zoom meetings. We must say, his closing technique is unmatched—who could say no to that face? Although his approach was unconventional, we’re pretty sure we gained a few new customers just from sheer puppy persuasion alone.

The marketing department was next on Griffin’s list, where he offered creative direction in the form of running in circles and wagging his tail at every new campaign idea. Inspired by his enthusiasm, the team worked harder than ever, feeding off his boundless energy (and slipping him a treat or two for his contributions).

In between meetings, Griffin made sure to stick to a strict schedule of napping, treat consumption, playtime, and, of course, more napping. It was clear he had mastered the art of work-life balance, something the rest of us could certainly learn from. His professionalism even extended to joining a few team meetings, where his silent but impactful presence reminded everyone to take a moment to appreciate the joy in the workplace.

At the end of his busy day, Griffin had this to say: “Today at da office was da best…I got to see my dad and all his friends!” (We assume this was a direct quote, though it was mostly communicated through enthusiastic tail wags and happy grunts.)

All in all, Griffin’s presence was a much-needed morale booster, proving that sometimes, the best addition to the team isn’t just another salesperson or marketer—it’s a four-legged friend who knows how to bring smiles, laughter, and a little bit of chaos to the workplace.

Griffin will be back soon for more consulting, and we can’t wait to see what insights he’ll bring next time. Until then, we’ll be reviewing his performance (and probably missing his little snores echoing through the office).

Stay tuned for more updates on Blue Collar Media Group’s paw-sitively productive new team member!
