As we push forward in 2024, I want to take a moment to update you on the trajectory of Blue Collar Media Group (BCMG)—where we stand, where we’re going, and what we’re doing to elevate this company to new heights.

Last year, BCMG closed just south of $2 million in gross revenue. This year, we have set a bold yet attainable goal of $5 million—more than doubling our numbers while maintaining a strong profit margin. Achieving this requires relentless execution, strategic adjustments, and a commitment to excellence at every level of the business.

First 50 Days: Progress & Perspective

As of mid-February, BCMG has grossed $505K in revenue. While this falls short of our monthly targets, it’s crucial to consider the seasonal nature of our industry. With 65% of our business rooted in the trades, the winter slowdown in colder markets has historically impacted our early-year numbers. However, looking back at 2023, our revenue at this time was only $202K—meaning we’ve already more than doubled last year’s pace. This gives me great confidence heading into Spring, where demand traditionally accelerates.

Big Changes for a Bigger Future

Success doesn’t come from standing still, and I refuse to operate with a status quo mentality. Instead, we are making critical adjustments to capitalize on our strengths and eliminate our weaknesses.

1️⃣ Investing in Leadership & Strategy – The biggest area for improvement at BCMG is myself. A business can only grow as much as its leader does. That’s why we’ve made a significant investment in Landon Rhodes (The Wealthy Creative) to consult with our team and help us optimize efficiency for the remainder of the year.

2️⃣ Raising the Bar for Talent – In February, BCMG underwent internal restructuring, with three employees being terminated and replaced. I am committed to building a team of A-Players—people who refuse to settle for anything less than excellence. As I told my team last week:

“Our clients pay us their hard-earned money. They trust us with the reputation of their business. That kind of trust demands exceptional results every single time.”

3️⃣ Strengthening Operations – To ensure we scale efficiently, we are actively hiring a Production Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure our team continues to deliver at the highest level.

The Road Ahead

BCMG is still a young company, but we are hungry, driven, and positioned for unprecedented growth. As we move through Q1 and beyond, we will push harder, execute smarter, and continue to produce the best video content in the country for small businesses.

The future is bright, and this is just the beginning.
